Shipping:
All orders placed within the continental United States are shipped via FedEx/UPS ground or USPS, whichever is the best rate. Most orders are processed and shipped with in 24 hours. This does not mean that the order will be received with in 24 hours, it means the package will leave our warehouse within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Requests for overnight, 2 day or 3 day air will be accepted for an additional charge.
Orders placed from Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are shipped via FedEx Express Air Service. If products are ordered that are considered to be flammable, the order will be shipped with applicable hazardous fees included. Hazardous surcharges are in addition to standard shipping rates.
Orders placed from Canada are shipped via UPS GROUND. Requests for orders to be shipped via USPS Express Mail will be honored if the order meets federal shipping regulations. No items considered to be flammable can be shipped via US mail.
International orders are shipped by various methods. When an order is received, we will contact you with your freight options. At that time, you will approve a method of freight and the order will then be shipped.
A valid, contact phone number is required for all shipments.
A physical address is required for all shipments. Post Office (PO Box) address's for shipping are not accepted.

Shipping Rates:
Freight is based on the weight, size and contents of an order. Orders being shipped to a residence are subject to a residential delivery fee of $3.80. There is an optional signature confirmation available on residential deliveries. If this option is declined, the customer is responsible for the package in case of theft or loss. There will be a $3.95 fee for this signature service in addition to any other applicable shipping fees including but not limited to the residential delivery fee, taxes...etc. Any orders that are returned to the shipper are subject to a returned package fee and will not be reshipped to a residential address. A commercial address must be provided for any future orders. Furniture and any other dropship items will have additional fees. Freight is based on either the actual weight or the dimensional weight of the package, whichever is greater.
Payment:
- Credit Card - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All credit cards will be verified to the billing address but may be shipped to a second address.
- Pay Pal (additional fees may apply)
- Bank Wire Transfer - Email for bank wire instructions.
Returns:
If a product is being returned, please contact us immediately for a return authorization. When the returned product is received by Nailite, we will inspect the return. If the product is unused and in the original packaging a refund or credit will be applied. All returns must be made within 30 days of the original receipt. The customer is responsible for all freight costs on returned items unless otherwise authorized by Nailite. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All electrical equipment is subject to the manufacturers warrantees. If the item is defective, it will be replaced for the same product or a store credit will be issued. Otherwise, the item must be unused and in original packing for a return to be authorized and a credit issued. No returns are accepted on used drills.
There are no returns or refunds on special order items. Colors will vary. Nailite is not responsible for color variances.
Sales Tax:
All orders within the State of Florida are subject to Florida sales tax unless a copy of a resale certificate is on file.
Export Orders:
All export orders must be paid in full before shipping. A hazardous fee may be applied to orders being shipped via Ocean and/or Air and/or requiring hazardous paperwork.
Additional fees not limited to duties, taxes and VAT are not included in delivery fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer is responsible for any and all paperwork that is required by law for the admission of cosmetics into the country that the order is being shipped to. Nailite will not be held responsible or liable for any orders that have been rejected admission into the country due to but not limited to the lack of proper paperwork, licensing, taxes, documentation, custom broker fees, or any other paperwork or fees required by the country's government for admission.
If the order is returned to Nailite, the customer is responsible for any charges including but not limited to return freight charges, repacking fees, restocking fees...etc.

Refused Orders:
All refused orders are subject to a $20.00 reship fee and must be paid in full before any future shipments will be made.
APO and FPO Orders:
Orders being shipped to an APO and/or FPO address are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and can not contain any items that are hazardous or flammable. Orders with these items must be shipped via Federal Express and a physical address will be required.
